New Injection Molding Machine with Automation Installed in Brensbach
The Brensbach site continues to grow: a new injection molding machine with automation was recently put into operation. For a newly acquired project, the installation was completed in record time – a strong example of how precision, speed, and teamwork come together at Röchling Medical.
Setting up high-tech equipment like this requires careful planning, steady hands, and close collaboration – from unloading and transport to installation in the cleanroom. Thanks to the expertise of our team and smooth coordination with our partners, every step went according to plan, even when handling tons of sensitive equipment.
The new machine features an innovative stack mold with multiple cavities. Integrated automation enables cavity-pure handling, stacking, and conveying, providing both precision and flexibility for future production planning.
For this project, we once again relied on our long-standing partner ARBURG, who supplied both the injection molding machine and the automation solution.
