Intelligent suction roll systems

The individual components like sealing strips, end deckles, loading tubes, holders, lubrication systems and noise-reducing strips communicate with each other over the entire period of operation, resulting in a more efficient and regulated suction roll operation.

The components are equipped with electronics so that the data can be acquired. Data is saved via a cable or wirelessly to a server that is connected to the network. The measurement data is monitored on a tablet, smartphone or laptop. The external regulation or control of the roll process data also takes place, if so desired, via mobile IT communications devices.
